Golden Goal Comp Rules
The "prize" in this competition is a pair of tickets to the next home game to be held at St Mary's for Southampton FC. No alternative is available.
Entrants must phone the studio on 02380 206406, email studio@radiohampshire.com or text the studio on 89892 starting the text with HAMPSHIRE with their prediction of when the first goal in the match will be scored according to the time on the Radio Hampshire commentator's watch. Entries must be received before the match kicks off
The entrant who correctly guesses the minute the first goal is scored will win a the prize to the next home game for Saints at St Mary's. If no-one correctly guesses the time of the first goal then the closest guess will be awarded the prize.
If more than 1 person correctly guesses the time of the first goal or is closest, the winner will be drawn at random from the correct guesses. Only 1 prize is available to be won for each match in the Golden Goal.
If no goals are scored in the match the winner will be deemed the entrant who stated a nil-nil draw or in the absence of a guess of nil-nil then the winner will be drawn at random from all the entries regardless of the time predicted.
The winner of the competition will be rang during the “Third Half” post match phone-in and informed they have won. The winners name and winning time will also be announced on the Third Half phone in. The winner will be informed at a later date by phone of when their tickets will be available for collection. |
